Why do goan, brahmin and other fraudsters get credit for work they do not do?

One of the most unfair aspects of working online in India, being a Paypal account holder remains that powerful ntro, cbi, R&AW officials will falsely claim that lazy greedy goan gsb frauds riddhi siddhi, obc bhandari goan sex bribe giver bsc sunaina, brahmin cheater bbm nayanshree hathwar, veena, ruchika, asmita patel,naina and other frauds own the Paypal account and are doing all the work online.
In reality none of these lazy greedy women are doing any work online related to the Paypal account, yet the real paypal account holder has to fight the slander and defamation of extremely powerful ntro, cbi, R&AW officials who are wasting infinite indian tax payer money for spreading the false stories.
Most of these women are looking after their house, family or enjoying themselves, why do powerful officials want to give them credit for work that they do not do online?
